The Village holds a special place in our hearts. It’s where we lived for many years and it’s where I started my real estate career. One of the best things about The Village is that it has charm because it is basically a low-rise area. One of the bad things about the Village is that prices are high, because it is such a low-rise area. Don’t even think about looking for cheap apartments in Greenwich Village. You’ll be wasting your time.
When new Greenwich Village or West Village apartments for rent turn up in our new listings for the day, I look at them closely. And when they are the type of apartments that just ooze charm, I try to bring them to your attention. Today, we have three such apartments.
